Local Patriots to be honored and recognized

The Bossier Chamber of Commerce recognizes how important our first responders are to this community. Each and every day, men and women in our area put their lives before others in the line of duty. Join us as we recognize twenty-five courageous men and women who serve in the arenas of law enforcement, fire/EMS teams and military personnel (Active/Guard and Reserve) that show up to serve our community and our country day in and day out.
Jacob Schick, CEO, 22KILL
Jacob Schick, Bossier City native and third-generation Marine, will preside as the keynote speaker. Schick serves as CEO of 22KILL where he leads the organization’s efforts of suicide prevention and veteran empowerment and works tirelessly to raise awareness of the epidemic of the 20-22 warriors dying by suicide every day. As a Marine who was wounded both physically and mentally in the line of duty, Schick has a remarkable and encouraging story to share.
Join us in honoring our local Patriots on Monday, September 11 at the Bossier Civic Center by purchasing your event tickets here.
