Business Builder Seminar expanded to accommodate membership requests
In an effort to accommodate the many requests the Bossier Chamber has received from our membership to expand the Business Builder Seminar series sponsored by Jason's Deli, the next Business Builder, scheduled for Oct. 1 from 8:30 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. at Bossier Parish Community College, will be a half-day seminar instead of the normal lunch hour event.
Constructed to benefit each member, this seminar will cover everything from achieving supreme customer service, resolving conflict between employees and between employees and customers, and marketing your business to the fullest extent possible.
Attendees have attendance options for this event. While attendees are encourage to attend the entire seminar and can register by clicking here, they can choose to attend the first and second sessions or the second and third sessions for a reduced rate by contacting the office or replying to this email.
Session 1 will deal with the Power of Synergy: Power of Customer Service presented by Jerry Frentress of Win-Win Motivation and More. The "New" Economy dictates that if businesses are to survive, business must move past "satisfaction" and deliver exceptional service. If a business is committed to service, the tools for "exceptional service" are easy, fast and usually cost free.
Session 2 is a breakout session where attendees have a choice of learning the Synergy Download: Web-based Digital Marketing, presented by GAP Broadcasting or Human Synergy: Conflict Resolution, presented by Training Logic.
Session 3 will present the forms of media available in the twin-city community and how businesses can access each to market their business. Synergize Your Message: Media Roundtable will allow you unprecedented access to the media professionals.
Cost for the full day event is $40 for Chamber members and $50 for future Chamber members. The cost is reduced to $30 for Chamber members and $40 for future Chamber members for those attending only two of the sessions.
For those Bossier Chamber members who would like to send 3 or more employees, the Chamber office for a reduced rate.
